The HenkelLink App is the mobile application for Henkel IoT platform. The Henkel IoT platform is used for the unified management and control of Henkel’s IoT devices, enabling cost reduction and faster implementation of new business models. Henkel holds full intellectual property rights and ownership of user data for this platform.
Internal users of Henkel can conveniently integrate and develop IoT products through the IoT platforms backend and web interface. They can also view, manage, and monitor devices under these products.
End-consumer users can bind, unbind, control, and monitor their devices through the mobile app.
The mobile app includes the following main features:
Device Management: Users can bind and unbind devices, check the online/offline status of a particular device.
Group Management: Users can customize device grouping.
Push Notifications: Users can receive system and device push notifications in mobile application.
Account Management: Users can modify and reset passwords, as well as link/unlink phone numbers or email addresses.
Privacy Claims Management: Users can view and revoke consent to privacy claims in the security management section of settings.
Feedback and Help: Users can provide feedback or see assistance through the provided public email.
Firmware Management and OTA: Users can view the firmware version of devices and perform firmware upgrades.
